We discuss what success look like, estimate the number of attendees, and discuss a rough workshop date/time/length.

I observe a couple of your speaking sessions to grasp your environment and audience needs.

I tailor the workshop to your needs.

Step 5: WORKSHOP

I deliver the workshop at your location. Possible follow up session to reinforce learning.

Step 6: Follow-up

Your trainees receive a job aid, PDF review package, exercises to retain and apply the material, plus optional ongoing support.
